Minoas

Minoas….legendary ruler of Crete, son of Zeus, the king of gods, and a personification of the continent of Europe. He married Pasiphae, the daughter of Helios, who bore him, among others, Androgeos, Ariadne, and Paedra, and who was also the mother of Monotaur. He built the Knossos palace.
